Solar PanelsWe have installed 28 solar panels on the roof of the building. These are 11.2 kilowatt/hr max panels. They have been fully operational since July 2022.
1-for-1 initiativeWe reflected on how we can incorporate an environment-focused initiative into our daily work, and that's when it struck us that we could offset 1 tonne of carbon for every candidate interview. We hope we're able to change the lives of our candidates with a new job and make an impact on our surroundings at the same time.

Office measures● We ensure that any suppliers we use are sustainable, we use refurbished laptops and hardware. ● We work from home, 4 out of 5 days. Reducing the number of people on the road to work. ● We have purchased keep cups for the team to use, to avoid purchasing coffee cups every time. ● We have a bike to work scheme.
