Reduction in the Use of Conventional PlasticSofidel has set a target to reduce the incidence of conventional plastics in its production by 50% by 2030, compared to 2013. The goal is being pursued through the reduction in the thickness of the plastic film used in the production process, the use of recycled plastics or bioplastics and, as preferred option, the introduction of new kraft paper packaging. In fact, paper is a plant-based material, therefore renewable, easily recyclable and effectively recycled in most of the markets where Sofidel’s products are present. Learn more
