Waste ManagementAt Hilltop HQ, we follow a strict recycling policy throughout our offices, canteens, warehouses, and production facilities, minimising the waste that enters landfill. We are working hard to achieve zero-waste to landfill at our sites. Learn more
PackagingOur packaging is sustainably sourced, all outer packaging is FSC registered, and our glass jars, plastic bottles and plastic caps are all recyclable. We are also working on making sure that we source packaging that is made from 100% recycled materials for both our plastic and glass options. We also only use FSC certified cardboard in our offices and for our packaging. For example, our Beeswax Lip Balm is 100% free of plastic, 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable. Learn more
Employee TravelWe understand that as our team grows, the emissions from employee commuting will also rise. To combat this, we are encouraging employees to take a greener way to work. We work with the cycle-to-work scheme, which subsidises bikes and makes it more affordable. We also have electric charging points at our site to provide an option for those employees who want to move away from petrol and diesel cars. Learn more
